Refund Policy

At Innasya Attire, I am dedicated to providing personalized and stylish outfits tailored to your preferences. If you are unhappy with your lookbook, I offer a re-styling service where I will recreate up to 2 styled outfits for you.

 

Please review our refund policy below for more details:

• If you are dissatisfied with your lookbook, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving it to request            a re-styling.

• You may request a re-styling of up to 2 outfits from your original lookbook. Additional outfits may incur an extra fee.

• Innasya will review your feedback and work with you to understand your preferences better. She will then re-create the outfits to better suit your style and needs.

• Please note that I do not provide refunds for unsatisfied customers if not much information was provided to me in your style quiz. Providing detailed and accurate information in your style quiz helps me create the best possible lookbook for you.
